Would appreciate some help.

Multiecuscan says the throttle sensor if faulty but where is it located on the car, the gtv workshop manual was written for a Cf2 car so does it have one at all and if so where should I be looking?

Thanks

Paul

I'll have an educated guess and say that if it's throttle sensor then it's likely to be the throttle-by-wire sensor connected to the throttle pedal in the driver's footwell. Had this fail on my Cf2 V6. I'd imagine they're the same, but not certain.

The TPS is part of the throttle body. Under that black plastic cover. The only way to replace it, it is to replace the entire throttle body. The pedal also has a potentiometer. Hope this helps.
