Iv been dismantling various components to clean the are intake. When I removed the throttle body I removed the clips that secure the plastic housing that protects the electronics and mechanism. There is a black residue inside the casing and on the circuit board and I'm wondered if it is normal. It is on the part of the circuit board that touches the cogs/moving parts so was curious if it was as grease or lubricant to minimise friction. As its black in colour and that I sprayed carb cleaner a few weeks ago into the throttle body I was curious if that may be the cause and a small amount leaked in. Image attached.

Do you think it's a problem or should I clean it off? If it's a contact lubricant I don't want to touch it.
