Thinking of buying these as part of a gearbest order, they seem to have good reviews and would be handy to keep an eye on tyre pressures

Do you think they could affect wheel balance? Unfortunately there's no weight information for the although I could ask. At what weight do you think something like this would be an issue, or could you potentially balance the tyre with these valves on?

I doubt they'll put the balance too far out but they'll get nicked.

yes, the advice is to have your tires balanced after fitting.

yes, the advice is to have your tires balanced after fitting.

One does get wheel balance weights down to 1/4 Oz = 7gram. But generally the balance guys only add 10gram and more...

These caps:
Product weight: 6 g (one unit) - It is close to 1 minimal weight - so hypothetically you should get them re balanced - but then again if they get stolen / lost

Done a bit more research in these - as they require the valve to be open to measure pressure, they're apparently notorious for losing tyre pressure! I think I'll be giving them a miss :biglaugh:
