Wasn't there some Native American borrox unnecessarily injected into that one too? I think that's the film that made Seagal's name stick in my head so I could avoid him in future.
No, Wasn't that the one with Michael Caine with a terrible American accent? He wanted the Indian land for the oil or he might have been poisoning them. A load of **** film. So bad it sticks in my head!

I love the titles, which in the DTV (direct to video) era, in particular, but not exclusively, essentially became a collection of interchangeable words:

above the law / beyond the law
contract to kill / driven to kill / kill switch / out for a kill / hard to kill
end of a gun / pistol whipped
force of execution / today you die / half past dead / on deadly ground / marked for death
true justice / urban justice / mercenary for justice / out for justice
against the dark / into the sun

Not a full list, just ones I can remember

I like to think of "Owt for Justice" being about a gritty north eastern cop working against a corrupt force, who lost his family when his Cortina's brake lines were cut - and he will literally do OWT FOR JUSTICE
