The other day my brother took me to Morrisons and we had the big brekka with extra toast and black pud. I felt ropey for a day and a half afterwards.

I'm back on the muesli and greek yoghurt.

Breakfast is such an important meal, it fuels you for the rest of the day :)

I had a softly boiled egg with soldiers  today, but I vary what I have. I like a full breakfast when I have time to cook it. I can't eat bran flakes Quinn, but I like porridge and rice crispies :)

Well... Went out last night to see Sarah Milligan at Plymouth Pavilions (was ok) and as you do had a couple of beverages too. Im currently on a day holiday snuggled up in bed, it's -4 degrees outside and the sun is shining. The wife has taken our eldest to skool and is poping over to see some friends for coffee (is that all housewives do these days!) with our other two so I have some time on my hands. So should I:

A) get up and go into town for cooked brekie?
B) stay in bed and watch trash tv then cook my own?
C) go back to sleep and have 'brunch' a little later?

:)
