...eminating (sp?) from under the bonnet...everytime I floor
the throttle to 6 and a half thousand revs (or above)
...a bit like someone farted
:eek: (similar to the pong u get from a deisel)

...any ideas :confused: ...or perhaps this is normal and I'm just
being clueless again :rolleyes:

Allegedly dead cats, smell like a fart......not moggies, but cat convertors. Might be that, not that you would like to here that...damn expensive. :(
Probably wrong though so don't panic.....yet.

...I thought of that...knowing me... u just KNOW it's gonna
require a re-mortgage to fix :rolleyes: ...hope it's not the cat :eek:

Quinn! is it like a rotten egg smell? if so don't worry too much! its just the sulphure in the petrol aparently, its normal and tends to smell worse if you use the normal super market petrol! i sent a similar Thead once and that was what i was told ;)

i've found that i get that smell when i put my foot down and the engines still cold. when i discoverd that rechid smell i took strait in for a diagnostic test! the cat was fine so in that case! yours will show out the same ;)

:cheese: ...nope...I found that kipper...was nicely cooked by
the time I got home...

...bit of instant mash and Bob's yer uncle...BREAKFAST!! :lol: :)
