Just started snowing here in West Cork about 20 mins ago & already the road is white

It has been snowing here in Ballinasloe since late last night, N63/N17 were slippy this morning. But ok'ish Gritter passed thru at 7.05 am..

Snowing again now, but main roads are ok for the moment....

Here in the North we have had some heavy snow. I woke to over 4 inches of snow this morning and I'm quite close to Belfast Lough so we generally get off pretty light. Not this time though.

I eventually made it into work at 10.30 this morning and it's snowing hard at the moment so I don't think I'll stay too much longer.

Its been snowing here on and off since 4pm, we have about 4 inches outside now, Charleville is about 9 miles north of us and has had very little. Looking at the radar we've more to come.
