Does it work when it's on Auto (not Full Auto), i.e. when have the AC compressor turned OFF?

Anti-mist? Isn't it 'anti-dazzle'? The electronics in it just stop you being blinded by the lights on the car behind as far as I know.

Don't know where the demist sensor actually is.
The car will turn on the compressor if it thinks the car is steaming up, even though you have turned it off.

On my 159 the mist sensor which I believe is in front of the rear view mirror does seem to provide a trigger to turn the compressor on, even when not in Auto mode. (Thanks to previous help on this forum I now think I have fully mastered the mysteries of the Climate control.)

MY09 doesn't appear to have the option of Auto and Full Auto. However, I can switch the compressor off manually but when it is wet I notice the car has switched it back on automatically again.
