What does BAE's dealing's with the Saudi's have to do with the USA?

Or did BAE pinch contracts away from competing US firms?

Due to the treaty the UK signed, if you work for a US company,
or you work for a UK company that has US subsidiaries (Which BAe
does.) Then they can bring you to the states and throw you in jail if
any part of your company has contravened any US law.
(Even if no law has been broken in the UK, or the law breaking took place
outside of US jurisdiction.)

Although the UK thought this was for The War On Terror(TM)(R)
the only cases that have used this extradition treaty are to
do with white collar crime.

Sleep tight.

This is just like the anti-terror laws that have been brought into the UK, do you remember that 80yo labour party member Walter Wolfgang who got thrown out of the labour party conference for heckling Jack Straw ... he was then charged with an "anti-terror" piece of legislation
