I think I have narrowed my next daily down to one of Hyundai's finest diesels, love the size of the Terra and like the 'look how hard we have tried' style of the SF.
They meet all my needs, raised seating position, load lugger, strange looking and 30+mpg.
Having one will also give me greater urge to work on getting at least 1 155 back on the road.

lol santa fe and off road don't mix....

oh and santa fe + different wear levels in tyres front and back don't mix either...

and santa fe + quiet front drive shafts are not compatible

but you do get vibrating rear seats...

Forget the Hyundai's, just found out I can insure a Subaru Forester really cheap, always wanted one so now I will aiming for a 2.0 awp, 05/06 ish (nearly 2/3 cheaper to insure than a 2000 model years)
