I bought a 2001, 2.0 156 TS on Monday.
Which I love.

However, was in traffic today (on the M25, where else?), and whereas usually the temperature is sat at about 70 degrees, in the traffic it moved to just above 90, and once moving again it went back to the 70.

Should I be concerned?

Or do "they all do that?"

I can't remember either of my 147's doing that though. Nor my 155

You need a new thermostat.
It should stay on 90 when moving.

Doh! Changed one of them on my Mondeo last Saturday. Just before the engine blew up on Monday!

Might get someone else to do it incase it's a omen!

Yeah I know it's a simple job.

Just sods law at the moment.

Might as well do it. It'll be the easier of tomorrows jobs.
The other is changing the starter motor on my 155!
