My car's idling was too high and the revs took a while to go down to 700 rpm. Sometimes the revs even stayed above 1000 rpm. One in a while the injection light came on. Now that it's spring and the weather is warmer these two problems disappeared. my idling sensor is brand new.
-question 1: could this be a bad temperature sensor?
-question 2: can you tell me where the temperature sensor is located?
Thank you all.

The temp sensor is screwed into the thermostat housing. It has a blue socket and plug setup.

yes, I suppose it is the only one here. I brought it from Brazil and will take it back as soon as my mission is over.
