what temperature are the 33ti meant to run at mine sits on 80 to 90 degrees before the fan kicks in is this right or have i got a problem i only paid $900 for it so i am expecting to find problems but so far havnt

Yes, it sounds right. A typical thermo switch is designed to cut in a 88°C, so you're right on the money.

I believe you can get different thermostats though, for various climatic conditions (cold, hot and temperate). I assume temperate or hot would cover conditions in Aus :D

Yes that is a normal running temp for the 33 , they normally have a temp warning light that comes on before you cook the motor.

Yes that;s the normal temp unless you have just cleaned your colling system which in this case it would be 3-5 degrees less than that...
