Hello guys.

In the coming month, I'm supposed to help a friend with rebuilding his 1750 TBI engine.
I pretty much know the 12V Busso by heart/head, but I have literally no experience with rebuilding the TBI engine.
Is it possible to find a good technical workshop manual for this engine? Similar to what we have for the GTV6 and "all" the other older Alfas?

So far, it seems to be a struggle to find something on these cars/engines.

Regards from the Norwegian Alfanatic.

Hi. There is no "THE" TBi engine, there are slightly different variants for the different platforms (Giulietta, 159/Brera/Spider, 4C, Lancia Delta).
The only manual I have, concerns the TBi engine in the 4C: Alfa_Romeo_TBI_10_ENGINE.pdf
I found this file some time ago and don't remember where, but as of today, it seems it has disappeared from the web.
If you know someone who has access to the current online ePER, maybe he can extract the instructions for the other engine too.

Ok thanks. I knew there where some differences, but I was hoping to just find at least one and use it as a general guide.
The car is anyway a 2011 159 TBI.

P.s It is a lot of good information in your file, and I thank you for that. But there is no information that could help with a rebuild. Like torque specs on head, crank and rod-bolts etc. As a minimum I need that, and ring gap and bearing clearences.
