Took my Giulietta in to my local dealer last week for the latest software update for the ECU and TCT. While I was there I was informed of a recall on the TCT box. Apparently some of the boxes are fitted with a clutch slave cylinder that may leak. Mine is one of them based on my VIN No.:( The upshot is that this needs to be replaced in this recall. The slave in question is mounted on the outside of the box but part of it is inside. This means that to replace the slave the box has to come out. Mine is in at the moment to have this carried out. I'll keep the forum informed as to how this goes. If you are affected you should receive a recall notice sometime or ask your dealer.
My Giulietta is on a 62 plate but I believe it may have been built in July 2012. I'm not a happy bunny but have every confidence in my dealer. At least I haven't got any rattles :)
