I ordered swirl flap blanks for my manifold on my 159, but i found out that my holes are 15mm, and the blanks was for 18mm, i ordered the correct one, but iam not sure if its arriveing before the weekend when everything is going to be mounted. Since i ordered my mecanics to this weekend.

Is there any problem to use glue, or chemical metal? Or something other, IF the blanks doesnt come before?

Take your manifold to an aluminium welder. and get the holes welded up. Constant heating/cooling, vibrations, pressure & vacuum.. It wouldn't take much for a blank to pop out. I wouldn't rely on an adhesive to hold the blanks in for years & many thousands of miles.
