Hi guys,
which of these two brands are the best for use on our Alfa's?
Powerflex is best from what I understand. I'm sure I read somewhere that Superflex use Powerflex's older model molds - Sears could probably answer that when he's back

nooooooo!

tried both and superflex are waaay better!

they last much longer and use stainless sleeves and washers. powerflex dont - corrosion sets in and they wear quickly after that. They're also a little too soft.

on my old 145 i got 6 months out of a set of PF. then fitted SF and they were still good after 2 years!

i DO recommend the PF rear hub bushes tho...

+1 for superflex they are the superior product!

had them on my porsche 944, transformed what was already a good handling car! PF ones lasted 6k miles.

interestingly, i've just got back from giving my mate a lift to Peak Alfa, to collect his 147 after a head gasket replacement.

Chatting to Roger it turns out he's not impressed with poly bushes on the arms and just sticks with the standard rubber ones. On his road cars that is - his race cars have spherical joints! Maybe a thought to bear in mind....

I'm still sticking superflex in my next (new) set of upper wishbones though! :D
