Came to do my service at the weekend. Upon inspection I discovered the sump plug rounded off so could not undo it.

Out with hammer and chisel and luckily got it undone.

I had a bit of forethought and bought a new plug n washer first for everything lol.

Just lucky I guess lol

I had exactly the same issue with mine, and purchased an aftermarket one with a 17mm head on it! I can now just get a socket on it and it's nice and easy.

I prefer to suck it out the top with an electric pump, for this reason.
