Are they going to start refunding some VED for those who are not allowed to use certain roads?

Not got them anywhere though has it.
Not massively, they've had some taxes cancelled and planned tariffs shelved. But when have the French ever needed a reason to protest or strike?

I live on the outskirts of Bristol & TBH its not a place that will be missed. Bikers paradise where you treat the Green traffic lights as giveways incase you collide with a grreenpeace cyclist ...where it would be declared your fault for proceeding through the green light.
