Hi Guys

Just changed the headlight bulbs on my V6, jees they dont give you much room on the near side!!!

However, whilst struggling near the battery I noticed a bit of pipe sticking up. It is about 100mm long, 10mm in diameter, comes out of a larger 16mm(ish), pipe with a capped and threaded end to it. Any ideas what it is and should it be connected to anything, looks like it should???

Hi wrinx

It's the filling socket for cooling liquid. I have the same on my V6. No danger in unscrewing the plastic cap, there is a valve underneath.
But then again: don't tamper with something that works!
