Not sure others do, but I've in the past touched up the stone chip, waited a few days for the paint to go rock solid, then using varying grades of wet 'n' dry(start at 2500 or 3000 and finish with 6000), wet sand the area's and then machine polish. I managed to get a finish I was happy with, the first time I got rid of alot of the big chips and then over a few applications I gradually got to the point where it was only tiny pin ***** size nicks that were left.
You might find a local detailer who might do the same, you could try
A world for detailers... and see if there is anyone local who could have a look.
