Hi all,

Any ideas.... gutted! ?

Then ring around the big specialist breakers such as GTV Vince and others who pick up the 164s and inform them so they are aware of your contact details.

THats bad news I saw your car and Massimo took some pride in its condition despite the probs he was having with some of the parts. What work was outstanding on the car, these details my help others id your car if its not broken up and is offered for sale under a different id.

I Hope you get the car back and have a chance to enjoy it.

That's just awful! I too, hop you get it back in 1 piece! Like Gibot though, I'm puzzled. They're not worth that much, and are so rare as to be nigh-impossible to disguise.

Just looked at Autostilo's web page from end of May. Photos on there of a 1997 black QV 164 saying now sold. Is that your car?

Thanks everyone, it's had a ton of work done and was rare in its condition, less than 10 of that age on the road. Structurally sound.... and mechanically sound now, the only part it's waiting for (well it's probably sat in heathrow right now waiting to clear customs) is the thermostat housing.

Key noticeables are.... 4 brand new tyres, and a scrape on the front offside wing towards the headlight. Awesome car which had finally become mechanically sound!

Reg: J598 EYJ

Unfortunately it had been switched around at the garage with some other cars so was outside - certainly stolen to order, I'm not that stupid to think otherwise. They will be hung, drawn and quartered if I get hold of them after that money spent on it.

I can't seem to post pics......

Cheers everyone, can someone help get some pics up?

Yes I'm gutted, you will have seen how rare it is for one to be that structurally and now mechanically sound! Have emailed GTV Vince last night.

Damn............looks better than mine.

Good luck on recovering it. Again strange car to steal.
If it was joyriders the Police should find it.
Or, maybe it is already on the Continent?

Mine is a red one J663 EVH

Did someone PM me about this? I got a couple of e-mail notifications, but my mailbox is full and I'm away at present. Will sort it out tonight when I get home.
