Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a couple of mins.?

and then trying again to eject?

If you have managed to get two CDs in there and they are now stuck I would suggest the best option would be to remove the unit from the car and open it up. It's an easy job with the correct removal tool (or it can be done with four screwdrivers).

i think the stereo has tamper proof screws though if you want to open it up?

thought i read that in another post but i might be wrong
