i can't quite remember now for sure, but don't the connectors sit behind the speedo dials :confused:
if you do need to take them out it's not a big deal, a few screws and disconnect the speedo cable, at least the sud is like that

the stalks are in one unit and held in with small 8mm headed bolts. make sure to get the earth lead back on with one of them :cool:

Yes they do:thumbs:

You take the head off and you will see the two connectors clipped into a couple of brackets. Pop them out of the brackets and pull the connectors apart:thumbs:


I took my steering wheel off when I changed mine, just made it easier to get to the bolts.

Hi

Sud wheel comes off easily

There do seem to be some variations in Sud switchgear. Dug out a few spare sets.

You can see the different setups for the indicator cancelling between the 2 sets on the right.

Even the pair of early sets with the chrome stalks have different electrical connections from each other.
