I have just bought a very nice 164 24v leaf but the standard Speedline 6.5 x16 split rim wheels were badly corroded and so i have bought some anthracite selespeeds which look the part so im thinking of selling the Speedlines.

Any ideas as to what the value of 5 of these would be ?

4 are in very poor cosmetic condition the spare is much better but not perfect. No sign of any buckling or damage.

2 Goodyear tyres have lots of tread 5mm, the front two are a dubious make and one is worn on inside edge, but legal.

Thanks

Limited market, I guess, and the cost of refurbing them will be significant....but don't give them away - at current scrap prices they are worth about £9 a wheel....

not sure these is much market for 164 wheels!
Is it worth having a go yourself? DId the wheels on my other car and very much enjoyed the process. It was dirty and hard work but didn't actually cost much.

Got "polishing kit" with mops and different grades of abrasive paste from classic car magazine, about £30 I recall

You definitely got a bargain... These are about 750 euro and they need repair and refurb !!

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alfa-Rome..._Accessories&hash=item2a1369e641#ht_500wt_922

So hoping to get more than £9 each for mine. :)
That are Zender Milano's and they are more expensive than the Alfa Romeo Speedline 24v QV and Q4 rims. OZ did not made Milano's....:)

I did feld very lucky when i won the auction on ebay for the rims, it's a set of 5 and only had to transport them from Germany to Holland and that was done by my collegue who lived nearby the City....:)

Speedlines are 16" and Milano 17"

These are my Speedline rims..

These are some Milano was something i wanted for my 24v QV before i won the Speedline auction.

At the German Ebay last sunday a Zender Milano auction closed, winning bid was 500,= euro ($ 720) those rims for $ 999 should be in good condition and no need to polish or blasting work.

But the Speedline rims are less expensive than the Milano's, I took out the plastic bolts and will replace them for metal bolts. 12 point flanged bolts M6 and 17 mm long.

Anyone a idea where i can get these??
