Specs for sevicing items

Can some one (I expect you can) give me the specs i need for the following for my Alfa 159 1.9 JTDM 2009.

Engine oil
Coolant
Gearbox oil
break fluid

I can't seem to find a definitive answer anywhere, on the forums it says loads of different things for the engine oil, which I think is 5w40 fully synthetic(?)

Can some one help me out on this one?

Engine oil, 5w40 and you should use Acea c3 low ash spec if you still have your dpf fitted, no need to stick with a particular brand, use which ever quality brand is on offer at the time, Opie oils on ebay usually have some good deals. No need to spend a fortune but I would stay away from the euro car parts triple qx cheap stuff

Gearbox oil, 75w90 gl4, Redline mt90 or fuchs sintofluid, use more than the standard 2.3 liters, 3l is recomended, I have 3 liters in mine with no issues.

Coolant, Red coolant.

Brake fluid, bog standard dot4
