I blew up the speakers in my 147, when i went to replace them I found an annoying custom speaker design!
Here is my solution Alfa 147 and 156 speaker mount by submatixsms100 - Thingiverse
it will allow you to mount a 6.5" speaker and use the factory mounts.

You've always been able to buy these. I've had some in my GT for about 5 years.

They were a one-piece design and about £20 pair.
