AR manual says to use anti-seize on the spark plugs.

How many of us do this?

I have never done this - just made sure the threads are very clean and not overtorqued.

What kind would be best? High temp rating for aluminium heads? Loctite?

If it is not high temp rated it can harden no?

Copaslip is the trade name for a brand of anti-sieze grease in the UK. It has lots of microscopic copper particles in it and is copper coloured. it has been around since the 1930s - you may well have a similar product available locally
I use it on spark plugs and many other places as well.
Cheers,
Mark

What sudboy said. I've always used a bit of copper slip more recently, although in the 'old days' graphite was recommended on the threads. Never had a problem but beware if those twinnies' are left for 60k as I personally think that might produce a problem? Baked in fest?

Steel spark plugs , aluminium head... why would you want to add copper particles to the mix? What simonsud uses makes more sense I use high melting point grease with no problems. In reality I don't think it matters what you use on plugs.

Copper-1050 'c mp. Aluminium-625'c.mp.
Interesting.

If Copper has a higher melting point then copaslip would be better for spark plugs.

But thinking about it logically aluminium grease would also be fine as the temp. would never reach 625 otherwise the head would melt along with the anti-seize grease!!
