Just had the anti-roll bar fitted as this was causing a knocking and squeaking noise.

While the knocking has gone, the suspension is squeaking away like a mouse family.

It has been deemed as safe and not needing replacing, so I happy that the car is safe to drive. However, the noise is driving me insane!

I heard something about using surgical needles to inject oil to the wishbone rubbers. Has anyone tried this? Is this a wise thing to do? Any other ideas?

My equipment is limited to a £20 set of ramps that I can drive the front of the car onto.

What would be a good anti-squeak grease?

I am assuming it is wishbone squeak, not a mouse family as the cheese and chocolate traps have not worked.

Ask them to check out lower/upper wishbones ... mine was the same ... all sorted though ...

They checked them and assured me all safe. Appears safe, but just squeaky!
They are probably safe, but I couldn't live with that squeak...I had my left upper wishbone replaced due to spueaks.
They're relatively cheap, so if you can live with it, keep them.
