I've got a feeling there's something missing from my GT3.2 engine bay but I have no idea what! Just to the right of the battery there's a fuse box. To the right of this fuse box, above the arch liner there's an empty space. The only reason I suspect there should be something there is that there are a pair of screw bosses with evidence that they used to have screws (the nylon insert is chewed up)

Any ideas?

on my car it's just empty space, with a piece of isolation/felt material screwed over....

my 156 has a plastic cover on that place. well, not now as I removed it.

That's great - it's just a piece of insulation missing from mine then. I can see straight through to the arch liner on mine.
