i have been looking at this 156 for a friend, something seems a little odd....

51 plate Sele SW although it on a private plate, Lusso spec with momo leather....

The things that look a little odd are the white dials and the wood effect centre console...

I was under the impression that the wood effect was dropped about 99/2000 and that the steering wheel would be wooden as well.
And the white dials....i was under the impression that they were not fitted to selespeeds.

Can anyone confirm this

Not beyond the realms of possibility that someone has changed the steering wheel or console. Not sure if a standard manual trim would fit the sele gearstick though...

The dials are presumably sele dials though, as there will be a gear indicator in the rev counter....

i know that it wouldn't take much to replace it with the later carbon fibre effect centre console....

I am going to try and have a look at it, it does seem a little cheap but if it is up together and that cheap than that's the buyer's gain i suppose

The car could just be late registered (selespeeds often being difficult for dealers to shift) or an unofficial (personal) import.
