SOLVED:

One small pipe of the EGR cooler was hanging. It´s amazing what a big fail provoques this small pipe.

 

Well...this pipe suplies vacuum air to the black actuator of the turbo. So this post can be useful when someone has a problem p2563, this pipe could have an small hole and make the turbo do not work correctly. Hope is useful for someone some day.

Would be interested as well to share how you went on with the initial repair, replacing the pump seal.

Tbi insufficient oil pressure

Hello Getting the message insufficient oil pressure in the cold mornings when starting. Think it's the seal in the oil pump. How big job it is to change the seal and is there any tips how to do it? Need for any special tools? Thanks.

Today I will post some pictures about changing the seal in the original thread.
Really this pipe doesn't has any relationship with the oil seal replacement at all. I took off the pipe to screw a bolt in the EGR cooler because I saw an small leakeage and I forgot to plug It again.
In my opinion to change the oil seal is only for people who have skills with tools. First time took me too many time, now I'm sure I could do it in a day because I know the tricks that I will explain in the original thread.
I don't know in the Opel Insignia but in Alfa you don't have to dissamble the drive shaft at all.

I've changed the title of the thread because, in fact, there is no relationship between the oil seal and this turbo failure. Anyway can be useful when someone has this code.
