Hi all,

Just after a bit of experience/advice. My GTV was rear ended a couple of days ago while my gf was driving. Luckily for the fault party I wasn't in the car at the time!

She's suffered whiplash and a concussion and we are are now in the situation where we have two claims companies fighting for our business (one through the legal expenses on our policy and one from the third party insurers.

The third party people are Carter Law who have sent a substantial letter through today detailing the no win no fee etc. My insurers people have said any expenses win or lose will come from my legal expenses so no risk either way.

Has anyone had any experience with Carter Law or would it be better to go through my own insurance?

Any opinions welcome!

These companies are all the same and generally the legal companies are owned by the insurer! Has the USA ever contributed anything decent to any society?

Not heard of Carter Law, personally I would go with my own insurers.

EDIT: that's why you pay the extra for legal cover

AROC insurance (through CKI) assigned a firm of solicitors after my 156 got totalled and I got battered.

They did a good job but needed a little pushing from time to time.

Why not google Carter Law?
