I can pop round there in about an hour and take a look if you like and report back.
Might even spoil myself with a test drive.

The owner I think his names Andrew let me drive numerous cars just for fun really. I even said I didn't have any intention of buying for myself just wanted to know what they drove like.
He just bunged me a load of keys and said have a go. As most bargin points they even throw in a new cambelt and service to make sure its all spot on :)

..fuel is a bit cheaper alright, roughly the equivalent of £1.40/L at the moment.
Yipes - 133 here - i think - but I'm usually putting diesel into wifey's Leon.

I remember when it used to be so much cheaper in NI all the petrol station just the other side of the border had to close.

Trashabts or mine..Mine was to vaguely imply to PaulO that the hgeated seat switches..IF not included in the winter pack...were oan the steering wheel.

No ...This is the hottest the 166 section has been since stu the hoose and pigfarmers went oan fire.

Came across a few freds today and brought back the memories of those tragic events...Appears if you want to sell your 166 disasterous things happen to it..Guess that's why I don't sell.

Its a mixed bag of extra's on the face lift cars, no heated seats or memory or third seat belt or rear power outlet on quite a few I have seen, now add to that no rubber check straps. The controls on the steering wheel are just for the ics functions like the pre facelift steering wheel control option.

It's the same ICS from 1999 when tapes were more the norm in cars. Besides, the its music that counts not the medium.

On a different note, that colour is rare, and deserves to be, looks the same as on some Fiestas and BMW 3 series. Yuk.
