From under the bonnet near the steering fluid reservoir. But looked tonight and no leaks.

Noticed a bit of oil behind head in dip in intake.

Then found most of the cam cover screws are loose!! Must have worked loose since gasket change but I know they were properly tightened.

Another new gasket or just clean up and replace? It was new when I did the head gasket.

Didn't last time .. which is possibly why I'm in this pickle!

Anyone know the torque rates off their head? I can look them up later ... don't worry.

Think the rocker cover is only 10nm.

Fairly that you could use a sealant. But I don't like using that stuff just in case It goes down the oil wells.

I used a bit where it said in elearn around the front corners near the cam gears, but I think it is just because it is loose. It was fine for a few weeks so it's slowly been loosening up.

I'll tighten it back up and see what happens. Will take a day or two to burn off the residue I expect.

Thanks for the settings scottyf .. I probably just "nipped" them up before.

Worse thing you can do is over tighten. It then flattens the gasket and it no longer creates a seal.

Thought I'd check the manual ... Not that I didn't trust the advise.

Elearn ... Not quoted
156 DTE ... Not quoted
147 DTE ... .8 - 1.0 DaNm or 8-10Nm
Autobook ... Not quoted

Didn't google it ....
