Whilst walking in the Small town of Leek in staffordshire today i saw what at first was my own car being stolen! As it got closer it was a silver 166 facelift like mine but a Ti with the personalised number AK** .Seeing such an identical looking car in silver made me wonder is silver the most common 166 colour ,indeed i have owned four 166,s and three of them have been silver.
I walked back to the supermarket car park and it seemed that most of the cars were silver or grey .It has been a long while since ive seen another facelifted 166.
Was it any one here in Leek today?
The 166 still looks good when veiwing them being driven they still stand out.

I know like 20 or 25 cars here in Sofia, and about 10 of them are silver. Only one of them with red leather. There are few black and few dark blue (that I dislike so much). There was also one brown (you know that color, it's like sand, but darker), but I think it went somewhere out of the city. Also saw one green and two dark red. And mine, which is the azzurro nuvola blue-green-pearly-something.

Proteo rosso here - I think it became 'Rubino' on later models for a deeper (burgundy-red)?

It looks great when clean but holds up really well when mucky too! I've had several positive comments about the colour so it must be good

Surely no-one would steal a 166 Alfaaddicted.

Even a joyrider would have to call in at the specialist mid-journey. for some work to be done.
