There are many components engineered to last for that distance . And it used to be 100000 Km.
I did see a 2010 Giulietta on here from ebay with over 90000 miles on it , forgot the price .
Tried to get a pic of our 1.8 Sportwagon clocking up 123456 miles a few weeks (and 1000 miles) ago, but a phone pic whilst concentrating on where I was pointing at 70 mph didn't work!
A well maintained modern car shrugs off 100K miles.......I was brought up with cars that routinely had what the magazines referred to as a "decoke at 10000 miles to restore performance"......modern materials, oils and fuels happily make that a distant memory.
