Hi All,

i've just had my 36000mile service done, does anybody know how to do a manual reset of the service counter on a 04 147. Saves me going back to my mates garage (yes i'm lazy)

cheers Tom

Go into your menu. There is a function for service. Just hold the +&- buttons together for a few seconds until cancelled with ignition on engine off.

You CANT reset the 147 service counter without a diagnostic tool like examiner.

You can with a 156 - like Ally states.

Hi
Is it not possible to do this with some software and the cable I have?
I have alfadiag but cant seem to find it in there :(
I have cleared the codes but the flashing is really starting to annoy and my due service counter is a 0

Cheers
Stephen

AD won't do that trick, Examiner does...
