Obviously check the fluid level in the sele bottle then if its ok get it plugged in to diag saves loads of guesswork. If no one locally has diag get the lead and purchase a fiatecuscan license.Best thing i ever did for sele faults!

I drive it again and suddenly the selespeed goes to neutral again when the engine reach the normal temp, then i disconect the selespeed pump and link the wires to the battery, doesnt work but i give a slight knock to the pump and work again for all the day.

The bushes can be?

That was my first thought, new pump. Bushes can be found of a similar shape that can be filed down to fit, eg Audi wiper bushes, indeed there is a guy on UK ebay selling such bushes, nut without any guarantee. A new pump is £250 UK, and the job is done once, or pay £15 and risk doing it again.
