Hello,

I've been an Alfo owner for the past 5 years and I've only just decided to join in because I've just been told I need a new Selespeed Actuator for my Alfa 147 (Y reg) and was wondering if anyone could help me find a cheaper route to fix my problem?

I've been quoted at 1400 pounds for a replacement, which I cannot afford so my car is just sat at the garage until I can come up with a solution to my problem.

Any ideas?

Much appreciated.

Have you checked the usual places...

Ebay,alfa breakers,online

Make sure you can get as much detail about the car it has come from, mileage age, documentation.

Your looking at about £125-200 depending on age/mileage

I sold 1 last week, and had plenty of calls about it.
