I was worried it might have had something to do with the joint and arthritis. I already have a knee which isn't in the best shape.

Yesterday I took a bath and forced myself to go out for a walk hobble and that seems to have helped. Much, much better this morning. :yes:

Pain is inflammation and to be taken off first by anesthetics.
I had arthritis 5-6 years ago. It was cured by injection course of special medicine made of caw inner bone stuff. Sure you have same.
It is cheap but it works. They also recommend me to make such prophylaxis once per two years. Still OK. Fingers cross.
