So I've finally found a spoiler for my GTV. Only problem is it's red not silver. So i need to remove it and have it sprayed.

Unfortunately the screws are so rusted they pretty much disintegrated when i tried to unscrew them.

I now have four mangled stumps. What do I do???????

You'll end to get them drilled out. An engineer would drill a hole, tap it, and then use that to insert a new key to undo the bolt.

I would suggest taking it to a local small engineering workshop. Before you go it would be worth putting some penetrative oil like Eaze-it on the bolts as it will lessen the chance of damage when the bolts are removed.
