A quick search will reveal many, many threads on this very subject of best tyres, all very subjective as posters will have their individual reasons for their choice. A tyre that works well on one car may not on another and one size will perform differently to another.
For example:-

As far as I know regarding run flats, they are not listed in the owner manual but reinforced are for the 18" rims. From what I've been told by those who have run flats on their (non Alfas) they give a harsher ride.

I have never heard of a Giulietta with runflats before.

You don't really want them anyway, they wear fast, are noisy, give poor grip a horrible ride and they increase the risk of cracked alloys when hitting potholes etc.

The best thing I did to my two recent BMW's was to get rid of the standard runflats.

Just make sure that your car has a spare/tin of tyre foam.

I had those Dunlops on my Giulietta when it was new. I now have Continentals. DO NOT GET runflats! They give a terrible ride (Need to get them off my mini ASAP)
