My right reverse light has stopped working and its not the bulb.

Is it for a 156 or a G ? If it's a G then likely to be broken cables in the 2 tailgate rubber sleeves at the top. If not that then possible bad earth, worth looking for.

If it's a 156 then no idea at all I'm afraid.

I totally forgot, its a G i have checked The wire with fluke and there is no power to The reverse light. Is it the place the wires can break on a G?

Thank you for the link.
Found out that three wires hidden behind the rubber from the tailgate to the body had snapped.
I cut the wires and welded them together.
I Can see that this problem is the same as all the other G's.

Yep, had exactly the same, 3 black wires on mine snapped - earth to lights, rear window demister, and ariel cable (not sure why this was there as it was not going to the ariel actually).
