Guys I am very uneducated in the art of getting hands dirty under a bonnet. Having read this quote in a post...
"try removing the resonator at the air intake itself. I know of a couple of 156's with the air box resonator removed and those cars soound awesome.... growl-y actually"
So, Is it a simple job to remove the resonator? where exactly is it?! I've just had the bella two weeks, so i've spent enough this month and cant possibly contemplate exhausts, filters yet :D Can i do this resonator thing DIY & at low cost?

The V6 part you need is: p/n 60630490 - AIR INTAKE, it should be no more than £10 from any Alfa parts dept.
