Hi

I need to replace the cable that connects the interior handle to the lock mechaism on the drivers side door (Right hand side) of my 155.

I have a new cable and plan to do the job in the next couple of days. Are there any gotcha's or 'tricks' to the task?

Nope, it's fairly straightforward if a little fiddly. You might want to give everything a good grease aswell while you are there though.

should be straight forward enough, I have had to remove the doords afew times and its fine, there is two nuts that are a bit awkward in behind the handle but other than that go for it

Get a trim removal tool for the clips or else you will probably break them....there is a small screw right behind the silver handle, be careful with the head of this guy....

The rest is straight forward, i think once the door card is off you can get the cable on.....best of luck
