Well got a Remus backbox fitted (single oval) at the weekend. Looks and fits just great. The noise is more bassier on the idle and really sounds nice 4000 plus. I got it fitted by a guy in Wickford for £20, he specialises in servicing and tweaking Scoobies, though hearing the customer who was before me drive off in a twin monster exhausted WRX that sounded like a B52 taking off  i began to panic that my new exhaust would sound too loud. Needn't have done as once fitted the Alfa sound is still there :D just that much nicer!

Maybe your digital camera can record some videos with sound. :)

There's no noticeable droning from the drivers seat. On start its definitely more bassier, nice when reversing out of the garage :D With the windows up i think even flooring it you wouldn't hear too much. Thing is the weather has been quite nice since it was fitted, so my windows have been open with my head half out listening to the exhaust all the time
Remeber a post somewhere on here that replacing the stock air filter really compliments the Remus, so that will be my last and final mod
...well maybe! :)

I've got the Remus back box with the Supersprint centre section and the CDA filter in front (all that is missing so far is the Superprint manifold with cat-elimination).

So far, I can safely and proudly state that the sound from the rear of the car is lovely (especially when accelerating and playing in the rev range 3000 - 5000)...

:D

Sounds good Rico, i've got the Remus center section on back order it's about £40, was going to get the whole thing done together but for some reason the supplier couldn't order the centre section at the time, guess i could possible look at a Supersprint one. New filter here we come :D

BTW, what is the best way to record the sound of the exhaust when driving? - I imagine it isn't exactly possible/intelligent to have somebody hanging out of the boot of the car during hard accelleration holding a recorder next to the tail pipe...

I'd like to share the sounds I hear with you guys.... :D
