Yes, so you could cut out the middle box completely and just replace it with a piece of pipe, but be ready to fit a more free-flowing centre silencer (i.e. a straight through silencer box) if it turns out that the system is too loud.
NB, you need to drive around for a good half hour to see if it is too loud. The sound proofing on the Brera is so good that when I had my very loud exahust system (made by Torque Exhausts), it did not seem loud in the cabin, but after about 20 minutes it started to give me a headache
Basically, you're going to have to do the experiments on the 1750 which I did on the 2.2. It can take a while to get it just right, but once you do, it's really worth it :thumbs:
