Anybody using this product? Thinking of installing it to my 2011 GQV... Does it worth it?

Can the original be adjusted (e.g. preload) to produce better response and achieve full boost??

Not sure on the figures but i assume with a pressure gauge to avoid any spiking or creeping it could benefit?

I'm sure it comes preset from Protoxide to improve what you say it will improve. The point of a aftermarket wastegate is to keep boost at high RPM, thus the spring iside is stiffer, therefore not opening the wastegate as much at a desired boost setting as the stock spring would have been preset.

I'd not mind trying this.
