Ceramic coating looks loads better than i thought it would. Ive only seen zircotech ceramic coating, which is excellent but very costly, usually used on race manifolds. The pipe diameters and lengths are, 1 5/8" ( 41mm ) 26 inches long, up to 1 7/8" ( 48mm ) 9 inches long, up to 2 3/8" ( 60mm ) Tube thickness is 1.5mm. As for the welds they are all TIG, not a MIG weld in sight. What ive found out is the CF3 manifold is so much better performing than the standard manifold with the 2 cats that it needs to be remapped. This is what mine is. So ive just got to finnish the system and im going to change some of the intake as well then its mapping time. The CF2 should run good as the engine must be mapped differently to the CF3 as it does'nt have 2 cats in the manifold. We'll find out on wednesday! Oh yeh, This WAS'NT done at BTB, it was done from home. I just work there and i use some of the equipment after work.
